This 8-week program consists of a series of activities and benchmarks, including access to an online course and weekly live video workshops. In addition to group trainings, each participating organization receives all content and templates needed to implement the activities being developed. Participating organizations also receive a “1:1 office hour” call for personalized coaching and have access to coaching to answer any questions or brainstorm on immediate issues throughout the duration of the program.
